    The personal information provided will be used for the following purposes: provide services/information on this event, post-meeting services and marketing activities via email, as well as customer trend analysis.

    The organizers will disclose or provide information to third parties in case one of the following criteria is applicable:
    1. In case disclosure/provision is required by law.
    2. In case the information is required in order to protect a person's life, physical safety or assets, in a situation where it is impractical to obtain the consent of the registered applicant.
    3. In case statistical data, etc. can be disclosed/provided in a format, with which specific individuals cannot be identified.
