Cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted for any reason once payment has been completed. Additionally, changes to the participation category or cancellations of Expo tickets will not be accepted after payment. Please make sure to review your registration details before proceeding with payment.
The registration fee includes:
Admission to the seven GISHW-events at EXPO2025 and INTEX Osaka
Admission to the EXPO2025 site and events during the four GISHW-Days
Admission to the Future Monodzukuri International EXPO at INTEX
Access to recordings of all GISHW-presentations until 01/10/2025
Admission to the Welcome Reception on 16 July 2025
Personal GISHW-Attendence Certificate
If you plan to attend the sessions held at EXPO Hall or EXPO Salon, it is required to make an Expo ID and reserve your visiting date/time in advance to enter the Expo venue.
Please make sure to complete the Procedures for Expo Venue after the registration.
